Product Designer
Remote•Full-time
About this role
We're building Turbopills — a white-label platform that helps telehealth clinics launch and run modern patient experiences.
Right now, our biggest focus is intake forms: eligibility flows, onboarding steps, medical + lifestyle questions, consent screens, and everything that happens before a patient becomes a patient.
We're looking for a product designer who can make these flows feel simple, fast, and trustworthy.
What you'll work on
- Designing high-converting intake flows (multi-step, conditional logic, mobile-first)
- Improving UX around: eligibility checks, drop-off reduction, validation + error states, trust + reassurance moments (privacy, safety, expectations)
- Creating clean Figma wireframes → polished UI
- Designing micro-interactions + motion ideas (smooth transitions, step animations, feedback states)
- Building reusable components + variants in Figma
- Partnering with product + engineering to ship designs quickly
- Iterating based on feedback and real funnel metrics
What we're looking for
- A solid eye for UI + strong UX fundamentals
- A portfolio that shows real product work (even a few strong projects is enough)
- Confidence working in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping)
- Ability to take a problem from 'messy' to 'simple and clear'
- Strong writing instincts for UI copy and form questions (clear, human, low-friction)
- Comfort collaborating async and iterating fast
Bonus points
- Telehealth, fintech, or regulated UX experience
- Experience designing flows with A/B testing in mind
- Familiarity with dev handoff (design systems, reusable patterns, shadcn-style UI)
How we work
- Remote-first
- Quick feedback loops
- You'll work closely with founders and engineering
- We care about clarity, speed, and real-world usability (not 'pretty screens')
