The first non-peptide oral GLP-1 designed for daily life

Foundayo™, Eli Lilly's branded orforglipron, was approved by the FDA on April 1, 2026 and became available in the U.S. on April 9, 2026. Unlike oral semaglutide products, Foundayo™ is a non-peptide small molecule that does not require empty-stomach dosing. Lilly's labeling allows it to be taken any time of day with or without food or water.
